We are known for Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and delivering a patient experience unlike a traditional dental office. Every team member plays an important role in that mission. As an RDA, you'll work directly with Dr. Johnson in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, clinical excellence, and teamwork matter. You'll help create smooth, efficient appointments while ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for. This role requires someone who is dependable, proactive, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement. No two days look exactly the sameâand that's what makes it exciting. Assist efficiently during restorative and Invisalign procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and operatories before appointments. Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral scans with the Lumina and 5D iTero scanners. Monitor schedule flow and support on-time appointments. Place and remove Invisalign attachments with precision. Fabricate high-quality temporary crowns and restorations. Maintain accurate clinical notes and charting Track and maintain clinical supplies and inventory. Complete daily and end-of-day clinical checklists. Ensure instruments and equipment are processed correctly. Coordinate treatment needs with the front office team. Support patient education and treatment acceptance. Present weekly clinical statistics and performance metrics. Assist with patient photos, records, and digital workflows. Contribute to practice social media and patient engagement initiatives. Maintain a positive, professional, team-first attitude.
