Job Summary: Our office is seeking a full - time Dental Assistant (expanded functions is a plus!) to join our newly opened general dental office. We currently need someone Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays starting in August . The ideal candidate will have a valid x ray license, and have experience in general dentistry including preventative, restorative, and surgical procedures to help provide quality patient care. Duties : - Prepare operatories and seat patients - Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures - Take dental x-rays - Maintain accurate patient records - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment Qualifications: - Dental assisting certification - Proficiency in dental terminology and procedures - Knowledge of ADA dental coding and treatment planning - Familiarity with Dentrix or similar practice management software - Ability to take vital signs and maintain patient records - Experience in general dentistry - Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures Benefits : - Competitive pay based on experience - Paid holidays - Opportunities for professional development and training If you are a dedicated Dental Assistant looking to contribute to a positive patient experience in a dynamic dental practice, we encourage you to apply.
