We are a busy, technology-driven PPO practice that takes pride in providing exceptional patient care while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and brings a friendly, patient-focused attitude to work every day. Responsibilities: Assist doctors with a variety of dental procedures Take high-quality digital radiographs Enter clinical notes and treatment Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA compliance Prepare and turn over operatories efficiently Greet and escort patients while creating an outstanding patient experience Support teammates and contribute to a positive office culture Qualifications: Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required Strong radiography skills Dentrix/Dexis experience preferred but not necessary Excellent communication and customer service skills Dependable, organized, and team-oriented Friendly personality and positive attitude are a MUST Schedule: ✅ Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 6:00PM ✅ One Friday per month ✅ NO SATURDAYS ✅ NO WEEKENDS Benefits: We value our team members and offer excellent benefits, including: Health Insurance 401(k) with Profit Sharing Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Competitive Compensation Based on Experience Why Join AFDP?
