Our state-of-the-art facility includes CBCT, iTero scanning, digital workflows, and a highly trained, collaborative team. We operate with a high-end, concierge-style approach—this is not a typical dental office.

Who We’re Looking For (Experienced Only)

We are seeking a highly experienced (5+ years), polished, and detail-oriented DA/RDA who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has 5+ years of clinical dental assisting experience (REQUIRED)
• Is confident assisting in cosmetic, restorative, and surgical procedures
• Communicates professionally and builds strong patient relationships
• Is organized, proactive, and solution-driven
• Understands and delivers a luxury patient experience
• Maintains composure in a fast-paced setting
• Is growth-oriented and committed to long-term success

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional, concierge-level patient experience
• Assist chairside in advanced cosmetic and surgical procedures
• Capture digital scans (iTero), X-rays, and intraoral photos
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
• Support case presentation and treatment acceptance
• Ensure efficiency and readiness of all operatories
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a seamless, elevated workflow

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
