Your primary responsibility will be front office coordination â greeting patients, managing communication, supporting scheduling flow, and helping ensure the office operates smoothly and professionally each day. In addition to front office responsibilities, this team member will also be cross trained to support patient coordination and financial discussions when needed. This includes helping patients understand treatment options, navigating financing solutions, and supporting the overall patient experience throughout the consultation process. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys both hospitality and relationship-building while also being comfortable guiding patients through important decisions with empathy and confidence. Due to the specialized nature of this role, applicants without prior dental experience will not be considered at this time. Work Schedule and Compensation: Five-day work week Paid major holidays (six) Paid sick leave and vacation benefits included Competitive base hourly rate of $26â$28 per hour You will receive mastery-level sales training to ensure continued success Opportunity for growth and advancement Key Responsibilities: Serve as the welcoming face of the practice and create a positive patient experience from the first interaction Manage front office coordination duties including scheduling, phone communication, patient check-in/check-out, and administrative support Coordinate communication with the marketing team regarding scheduled consultations and patient flow Conduct personalized new patient tours and support the consultation process Support patient advocacy responsibilities as needed, including assisting with treatment plan discussions, financial conversations, and patient coordination Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospective patients Additional Skills and Qualifications of a Successful Candidate: Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills A confident and professional presence with the ability to think quickly on your feet Highly organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment A strong desire to help patients feel supported and cared for If this role is the right next step in your career, please send your résumé for consideration.
