Coral Dental is looking for a full-time BILINGUAL front desk to join our team in our Houston, TX location. We are a friendly pediatric dental office looking for our newest team member! Coral Dental is located at 2887 S. Richey St. Houston, TX 77017. Summer Office Hours : Tuesdays - Fridays (10am to 6pm) Saturdays (9:30 am to 3pm) We are closed SUNDAYS & MONDAYS Job Responsibilities: Greeting and registering patients, checking them into the facility, and escorting the patient to the back if necessary Scheduling appointments Answering phones, taking messages, and directing patients to the appropriate person Entering and updating patient records and appointment information Providing outstanding customer service to patients and their families in a courteous manner Verifying Insurance from time to time on Medicaid, CHIP & PPO insurances Other duties as assigned Presenting & getting treatment accepted for patients and their families Presenting, explaining and getting consents signed The Ideal Candidate Will Have: At least 1 year in Dental Front Office Insurance Verification proficiency in Medicaid, Chip & PPO Treatment Coordination experience Greeter Experience Solid Customer Service Ability to handle high volume patient flow Benefits: Paid Time Off, Sick Pay, Holiday Pay, Dental benefits, scrub allowance Pay: $15.00 to $18.00 depending on capabilites & experience Experience: Dental Front Office: 1 years (Preferred) Dental Insurance Verification: 1 years (Preferred) Dental Treatment Planning: 1 years (Preferred) Open Dental: 1 years (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Application Question(s): Have you previously worked in a dental office?
