What you'll do: You're often the first voice patients hear and the last face they see. The core of this role is treatment coordination — presenting treatment plans with clarity and confidence, helping patients understand their options, navigating insurance, and guiding them from diagnosis to a scheduled appointment. You'll also pitch in on the full range of front office responsibilities alongside a team of three, so no one person carries it all. Think patient communications (phones, texts, email), scheduling, records management, and keeping things running with both precision and warmth.
