Generations Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is excited to welcome a full‑time Registered Dental Hygienist to our established and growing private practice. This opportunity is open due to a team member moving out of state — and it is a great chance to step into a well‑organized, patient‑centered office where quality care comes first.

• 4‑day work week: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Excellent compensation: $58–$61 per hour base pay
• Bonus potential based on treatment and production goals

Your Role on Our Team

As our hygienist, you’ll be more than a provider — you’ll be a key leader in our continuing care program. We’re looking for someone who enjoys autonomy, collaboration, and building lasting patient relationships. You will:

• Serve as the mastermind of our continuing care and preventive dentistry program
• Educate patients so they understand and take ownership of their oral health
• Diagnose and treat periodontal disease effectively
• Take diagnostic radiographs as needed
• Ensure every patient learns something new at each hygiene visit
• Act as a co‑therapist, working closely with the dentist to guide patients through long‑term, comprehensive care plans
