What You’ll Do as a Dental Assistant:
- Create a positive and personalized experience for every patient.
- Build rapport with patients to ensure a memorable visit.
- Schedule patient appointments while managing potential scheduling conflicts.
- Prepare dental materials and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient treatments.
- Maintain dental instruments, supplies, and inventory to support high-quality care.
- Assist with patient management during procedures to create a seamless experience.
- Present treatment plans to patients as needed.
- Support team members and proactively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Adapt to different work assignments within the practice, including potential travel to other locations.
