Scottsdale office is seeking an experienced, dependable Dental Assistant to join our patient-focused, technology-driven practice. We are looking for a confident assistant who can step into a fast-paced environment, work independently, and provide exceptional patient care from day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent dental assisting experience required
• Arizona X-Ray Certification required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with restorative procedures, same-day crowns, digital imaging, and infection control protocols preferred
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during dental procedures
• Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate records
• Prepare and turn over treatment rooms
• Support same-day crown, restorative procedures and Invisalign
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Ensure patient comfort and deliver outstanding customer service
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented office culture
