Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Part-Time Sincere Smiles | Private PPO Practice

Sincere Smiles is seeking a passionate, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We are a modern, technology-driven private practice committed to providing exceptional patient care in a warm, supportive environment.

Schedule Preferred:

Tuesdays and Wednesdays 

Open to Thursdays 2 days per week

We are seeking a highly professional RDH who is: Passionate about dentistry and delivering outstanding patient care

Personable with excellent communication and patient education skills Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

Professional in both appearance and demeanor Eager to learn and grow with the practice 

Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment

Clinical Skills & Qualifications Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License Minimum of 1 year of clinical hygiene experience required

Ability to obtain high-quality diagnostic radiographs and intraoral photos Experience with iTero scanning preferred Dentrix experience is a plus, but not required Familiarity with salivary diagnostics and bacterial testing is a plus; training will be provided for the right candidate

About Our Practice Private, single-doctor practice PPO and fee-for-service patient base Modern technology including iTero Scanner, EMS Airflow Guided Biofilm Therapy, Digital Radiography, Intraoral Cameras, and Dentrix Strong emphasis on patient education, preventive care, and comprehensive treatment.
