Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Tempe, AZ
About the Role Join a friendly, patient-centered practice as a Full-Time Dental Assistant. Key Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures Take digital and traditional impressions (iTero scanner experience required) Perform dental X-rays (DANB X-ray Certification required) Fabricate and adjust temporary crowns Assist with composite and amalgam restorative procedures Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Support orthodontic treatment and patient education - Invisalign experience is a MUST Qualifications Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience DANB X-ray Certification required RDA or Dental Assistant Certification preferred Proficiency with iTero scanning and basic ortho workflows Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset Commitment to a patient-focused approach and positive office culture Schedule & Compensation Full-time: Monday through Thursday 9am-5pm Location: Tempe, AZ (McClintock & Guadalupe) Hourly pay: $24-$27 per hour Paid Time-off/Holiday Pay Why Youâll Love Working Here Supportive, team-oriented atmosphere where your input matters Focus on patient comfort and positive experiences Opportunities for professional growth and skill development
