The Role: As an EFDA, you’ll assist directly with smile design procedures — from digital scans to chairside support. You’ll work with doctors who perform advanced cosmetic cases and 3D workflows, learning every part of the process along the way. What You’ll Do: Assist with cosmetic veneer and smile design cases daily Perform intraoral scanning, X-rays, photos, impressions, sterilization, and lab coordination Manage patient documentation and charting in CareStack Keep clinical flow fast, smooth, and accurate Requirements: Florida EFDA & radiology certification required Cosmetic or smile design experience preferred Familiarity with iTero, Medit, or SprintRay scanners is a plus Organized, energetic, and great with patients Why GDG: Hands-on training with cutting-edge tech (3D printers, digital design systems) Growth opportunities into Lead EFDA, Lab Coordinator, or Clinical Manager roles Work with a motivated, tight-knit cosmetic team redefining modern dentistry Join us, and help create smiles that inspire confidence — one transformation at a time.
