Dental Receptionist - Solano Dental & Orthodontics - Santa Ana, CA

Solano Dental & Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Dental Receptionist to become part of our team. We are seeking someone who enjoys helping people, has a positive attitude, and can create a welcoming experience for our patients from the moment they walk through the door. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable managing a busy front desk while maintaining excellent customer service. At least 1 year of front desk experience is required , and experience in a dental office is highly preferred. Schedule Part time / Full time 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM What You'll Do Welcome patients and make them feel comfortable and valued Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments Confirm appointments and help maintain an efficient daily schedule Verify and update patient information Assist with insurance verification and other administrative duties Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members Help keep the office running smoothly and professionally What We're Looking For Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Minimum 1 year of front desk experience (required) Dental office experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and friendly personality Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work well in a team environment Why Join Solano Dental & Orthodontics?
