Responsibilities Assist doctors during all dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Take radiographs and clinical photographs Scan for crowns, nightguards, invisalign, etc. Manage lab cases and documentation Walk patients to and from treatment rooms Educate patients regarding treatment and home care Assist with referrals and follow-up tasks Help maintain schedule efficiency and patient flow Support teammates whenever needed Communicate professionally with patients and team members What Success Looks Like The ideal candidate: Arrives prepared and on time Stays organized in a fast-paced environment Communicates clearly and respectfully Learns quickly and accepts coaching Helps solve problems Maintains a positive attitude under pressure Creates an outstanding patient experience Schedule Monday – Wednesday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM No evenings.
