Compensation & Benefits Pay Range : $50.00 - $60.00 per hour Retirement : Simple IRA with company match Paid Time Off : Earned PTO program Paid Holidays : Offered immediately Patient Focus : 60-minute appointment blocks allocated per adult prophy Schedule Days : Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays Status : Part-time (3 days per week) Key Responsibilities Patient Assessment : Conduct initial health screenings and review comprehensive oral health history. Diagnostics : Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis. Preventative Care : Perform thorough cleanings, remove plaque, and apply preventative treatments like fluoride. Patient Education : Educate patients of all ages on proper home care and brushing techniques. Clinical Tasks : Take high-quality digital X-rays and maintain accurate, detailed patient charts. Collaboration : Partner with the dentist to help patients select appropriate treatment plans. Operations : Monitor and help maintain hygiene supply inventory. Qualifications & Skills Licensure : Valid and current state license to practice dental hygiene (RDH). Communication : Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
