Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in York, PA
Join our dedicated periodontal team at Periodontal and Implant Center of York (PICOY) as a full-time Front Desk Receptionist and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, clinical environment.The ideal candidate will have 2*_ + yearsâ prior dental office experience,*_ outstanding customer service, attention to detail and organizational skills. High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent computer and data entry skills a must. You would be joining a group of employees that work well together. Responsibilities include : * Checking in/out patients, * Answering phones, * Scheduling/confirming appointments, * Posting payments, * Communicating with dental insurance companies. Hours of work: This position typically works 32-34 hours/week. Our office hours are: Monday through Friday 7:30AM- 5:30PM. This position will have one set day off per week.
