Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Warren, MI

Qualifications · Experience as a DA ·Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods ·Skilled in assisting with a variety of procedures including but not limited to: implant dentistry, wisdom tooth extraction, crown & pontine dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and more ·Knowledge of dental terminology ·Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment Responsibilities - Prepare patients for dental work - Sterilize dental instruments - Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs - Instruct patients on proper dental hygiene practices - Take and develop dental x-rays - Maintain accurate patient records and schedule appointments Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: X-Ray Certification (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Warren, MI 48089 (Required) Work Location: In person
