Job Summary We are seeking a experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dental team in providing high-quality dental care to patients. Responsibilities - Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures including oral surgery - Set up and breakdown treatment rooms - Take bw/fmx and pas - Manage patient records and documentation - Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations -make temporary crowns Requirements - Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology - Familiarity with Dentrix and Dexis - Understanding of dental records and documentation - Proficiency in dental terminology and HIPAA regulations - Experience in invisalign is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Dental assisting certification from an accredited program Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Experience: Medical imaging: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: AED Certification (Required) CPR Certification (Required) Ability to Commute: Dearborn, MI 48124 (Required) Work Location: In person
