What You’ll Do Assist chairside during a wide variety of procedures, including CEREC same-day restorations, 3D printing workflows, clear aligner therapy, and CBCT-guided treatments Efficiently set up and break down operatories while maintaining excellent infection control and sterilization standards Take and process high-quality digital radiographs Perform expanded functions duties in accordance with the Missouri Dental Practice Act Provide patients with clear post-treatment instructions and oral hygiene education Support the clinical team with a positive, can-do attitude and help create a comfortable experience for every patient Who We’re Looking For Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification or strong willingness to obtain it Experience in a fast-paced dental setting preferred Comfortable or excited to learn advanced dental technology (CEREC, 3D printing, CBCT, clear aligners) Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional bedside manner Current CPR certification Nitrous Oxide monitoring certification is a plus, but not required Reliable team player who enjoys both the clinical side of dentistry and building genuine connections with patients and colleagues What We Offer We believe great team members deserve a great place to work.
