This role is essential to keeping treatment rooms fully prepared, supporting dentists efficiently and ensuring every patient receives high quality service. Your work directly contributes to patient satisfaction, office performance and long term success. YOU WILL: Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment and common areas to ensure peak readiness Review daily schedules and treatment plans with dentists and team leads Welcome patients, take vital signs, review medical history and explain procedures Assist dentists during all phases of treatment Take high quality X rays accurately and efficiently Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Prepare trays, materials and lab cases for current and next day appointments Follow OSHA guidelines and all office safety and compliance standards WE SEEK: Strong desire to serve the internal and external customer. Strong verbal communication and listening skills. Energetic and flexible. Manage multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and follow through. Work well in a fast -paced pressure-oriented environment. Well organized and detail oriented. Exhibit sound judgment. Strong computer skills, required. Able to understand and communicate dental/orthodontic terminology. CPR certification, required. Texas RDA license, required.
