We are looking for an individual who is a Team Player and who has a Minimum of 3 years of experience in the dental field and with Dentrix. The ideal candidate is one who has an ability to explain the dental procedures to be scheduled, Be knowledgeable regarding patients dental benefits and coverage for procedures and have the ability to Schedule the procedure to maximize daily production goals. Attention to details is a Must* *Dental Office Experience is a Requirement!! Duties include Answering phones, scheduling appointments Greeting patients in a professional manner and obtaining up to date dental insurance information. Ensuring that all patients sign the appropriate consent forms prior to their treatment. Obtaining Full Break down of insurance benefits Resubmitting claims with appropriate narratives as needed. Generating Dental Insurance aging report and following up on claims. Entering Dental insurance payments. Confirming appointments Handle the flow of patients in waiting room and patients checking out from their procedure.
