What You'll Do Assist the doctor during surgical and restorative procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before each procedure Take digital X-rays and 3D CBCT scans while following all safety protocols Perform digital intraoral scans using advanced technology Educate patients on treatment, oral hygiene, and post-operative instructions Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix Follow strict sterilization and infection control protocols Help create an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment for every patient Support fellow team members to provide an outstanding patient experience Qualifications Current Utah Dental Assistant certification (or ability to obtain) X-ray certification required Knowledge of sterilization and infection control procedures Experience with Dentrix is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person Excellent communication and people skills Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Strong attention to detail Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced clinical setting Surgical or oral surgery experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Four-day work week with excellent work-life balance Friendly, supportive, drama-free team Modern technology, including digital imaging, CBCT, and intraoral scanning Opportunities to learn advanced surgical and sedation dentistry A doctor who appreciates hard work and invests in his team A workplace where you'll be respected, valued, and encouraged to grow If you're looking for more than just another dental assisting job—and want to build a career with a team that genuinely enjoys working together—we'd love to hear from you.
