Curtis Orthodontics is growing and we’re looking for a rockstar Orthodontic Assistant to join our fun, supportive, high-energy team at our Chandler and Gilbert locations! Whether you’re an experienced ortho assistant or a talented dental assistant ready to specialize, we provide hands-on paid training to help you become an ortho superstar in our patient-centered, privately owned practice. What You’ll Do: Assist with orthodontic procedures (braces, Invisalign, adjustments, and more) Prepare and sterilize instruments Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records Provide excellent patient care and education Support the doctor and team with daily clinical tasks What You’ll Bring: 1+ year of orthodontic or dental assisting experience (preferred) X-ray certification Friendly, upbeat personality with strong communication skills Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine love for working with patients Comfort with computers, dental technology, and multitasking Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Why You’ll Love It Here: Full-time schedule : 30–36 hours/week with excellent work-life balance Competitive pay : Based on experience Paid on-the-job orthodontic training — we invest in your success!
