Dental Front Desk / Insurance Coordinator Full-Time | MondayâFriday Pay: $18.00â$24.00 per Hour (Based on Experience) PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE Are you an experienced dental professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves helping patients, and understands dental insurance inside and out? We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and patient-focused Dental Front Desk / Insurance Coordinator to become an essential part of our growing dental team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in providing outstanding customer service while ensuring the financial and administrative side of the practice runs smoothly. If you have experience with dental insurance, patient scheduling, and front office operations, we would love to meet you! What You'll Be Responsible ForFront Desk & Patient Experience Welcome patients with a warm and professional attitude. Check patients in and out efficiently. Verify and update patient demographic information. Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling needs. Confirm appointments and manage the daily schedule. Maintain excellent communication between patients and the clinical team. Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. Insurance Coordination Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, frequencies, and limitations. Accurately enter insurance information and benefit breakdowns. Collect co-payments, deductibles, and outstanding balances. Submit insurance claims and track claim status. Follow up on outstanding and unpaid claims. Assist patients in understanding their insurance coverage and treatment estimates. Maintain accurate documentation and notes within patient charts. Administrative Duties Keep patient records updated and organized. Ensure all required documentation is properly scanned and attached to charts. Support office goals by maintaining schedule efficiency and patient retention. Work closely with the Office Manager and clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations. QualificationsRequired Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience Knowledge of PPO dental insurance plans Experience with Open Dental software Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Preferred Treatment planning experience Knowledge of dental billing and claims follow-up Why Join Our Team?
