We are an established, modern, and fun dental office located at the south end, of South Hill, near Graham. We are searching for both a part-time and full time Dental Hygienist to join our awesome team to expand our practice! We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and clinical skills, is gentle, patient focused, and possesses a positive attitude! Our full-time schedule rotates. One week we work Mon - Thur and the following week we work Tue - Fri. We do not work late evenings or weekends. (This means every other weekend is a 4-day weekend!) Our goal is 16 working days per month, 8 days per pay check. If a longer month, we will take additional days off, but it will not affect your paycheck or require PTO to be used. Family time is our highest priority. Our schedule is set a year ahead and easy to schedule long weekends or vacations around. We offer a competitive hourly wage based on the experience you bring to the practice and a very competitive sign on bonus. After a probationary period, we offer a wonderful full-time benefits package that includes Medical(Regence Blueshield)/Dental and paid holidays, along with paid vacation and retirement.
