The Role
We're looking for an experienced, reliable Dental Assistant to join our  team. You'll work chairside with our doctor and providers across a wide range of procedures, including cosmetic veneers, crowns, implant restorations, Invisalign, and general dentistry. What You'll Do
Assist the dentist(s) during a variety of dental procedures, including cosmetic and restorative cases
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms in line with infection control protocols
Take and process digital X-rays and intraoral scans
Help patients feel comfortable and informed before, during, and after procedures
Maintain accurate patient charting in Open Dental
Support inventory management and supply ordering
Collaborate closely with the front office and care coordination team to keep the schedule running smoothly

What We're Looking For
Active Dental Assistant certification/license (RDA preferred, per California requirements)
X-ray certification
Prior experience in a dental office, ideally in a cosmetic or high-volume practice
Strong chairside skills and a calm, attentive bedside manner
Comfortable with dental software (Open Dental experience a plus)
Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
