Johnson Larsen Family Dentistry is Hiring a Full-Time Dental Assistant! Johnson Larsen Family Dentistry is seeking a motivated, hardworking Dental Assistant who is a team player and eager to learn and grow with our practice. We are a privately owned, family-oriented dental office dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a positive and supportive environment. Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures Prepare and maintain dental instruments and materials Take dental radiographs (x-rays) Sterilize instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols Maintain accurate patient records and chart notes Discuss and present treatment plans to patients Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care Assist with scheduling and patient flow as needed Keep treatment rooms and the dental office clean, organized, and stocked Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred Knowledge of general dentistry procedures and dental terminology Understanding of dental anatomy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Experience with Eaglesoft software is a plus Pay Competitive pay based on experience.
