Dental clinic seeking experienced Dental Assistant in Gilbert, AZ

Looking for a Dental Assistant Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Job Description: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our team. As a dental assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support to our dentists and ensuring the highest level of quality care for our patients. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting dentists during dental procedures - Taking and developing X-rays - Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment - Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms - Providing patient education and post-operative instructions - Performing basic administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records - Assisting with front desk duties as needed - Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards - Maintaining a clean and organized work environment 

Requirements: - X-Ray certification required - Professional attitude and appearance - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills, including knowledge of dental software - Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, but not required. New Graduates Welcomed.
