Patient Experience Coordinator Lumos Dental Studio | Winter Garden, FL Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm At Lumos Dental Studio, we believe dentistry is about more than healthy smiles, it is about making every patient feel seen, known, and genuinely cared for. We are looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator who thrives on creating exceptional experiences, building meaningful relationships, and helping patients confidently move toward better oral health. What You'll Do Create an outstanding first and last impression for every patient. Build trust through warm, confident, and professional communication. Answer phones with excellence and help patients schedule the care they need. Protect the doctor's and hygienists' schedules through proactive scheduling and follow-up. Support new patient onboarding from the first phone call through the first visit. Encourage patient reviews and referrals through exceptional service. Utilize scripts and communication tools to consistently deliver a five-star experience. Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow. Identify opportunities to improve systems, communication, and efficiency. What We're Looking For Exceptional communication and people skills. Positive, coachable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
