Position Details Job Type: Full-time (Part-time applicants may also be considered) Location: Carrollton, TX (In-person) Office Hours Monday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM Qualifications Required: Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience Strong understanding of dental terminology Experience with digital radiography Preferred: Experience with Dentrix Current CPR certification Certifications in Coronal Polishing, Pit and Fissure Sealants, and Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Experience working in a fast-paced general dentistry environment The Ideal Candidate Is Someone Who: Has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Maintains a positive, patient-focused attitude Works well as part of a team and contributes to a supportive office culture Demonstrates reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic Is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Goes above and beyond to create an outstanding patient experience Takes pride in providing high-quality clinical care Why Join Addison Dental Group?
