RDA Back office Team Member (Part-Time with Full-Time Potential) We are a growing private general dental practice seeking a motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. We welcome candidates with 1â2 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow, as well as experienced RDAs looking to advance their careers in a supportive, patient-focused environment. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as our practice continues to expand. What We're Looking For: Friendly, professional, and compassionate attitude Someone who enjoys taking on leadership responsibilities and helping the team succeed Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Positive team player with a strong work ethic Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification Current X-ray certification as required by state regulations Responsibilities May Include: Assisting the dentist with four-handed chairside dentistry Dental charting and accurate clinical record documentation Taking digital radiographs (X-rays) Operating intraoral scanners and 3D scanning technology Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical efficiency Following all sterilization and infection control protocols Supporting both clinical and administrative team members as needed Educating patients and helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit Contributing to an outstanding patient experience from start to finish Position Details Part-time position with the potential to become full-time Competitive pay based on experience Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional development and leadership growth Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Work Location: In person
