What We Are Looking For We are seeking a polished, high-energy clinician who can provide outstanding chairside support while building authentic connections with our patients. To join our team, you must have: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of direct orthodontic chairside assisting experience. Credentials: Active Arizona X-ray certification is required. Communication: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to explain treatment phases clearly and warmly to both children and adults. Clinical Skillset: Proficient in wire changes, bracket bonding prep, taking digital intraoral scans (iTero/clear aligner workflows), and general tracking. Core Traits: A team-oriented mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a vibrant personality that aligns with our upscale studio culture. Key Responsibilities Provide top-tier chairside assistance during bonding, adjustment, and debonding appointments. Capture high-quality digital X-rays, clinical photos, and intraoral scans. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, appliance care, and clear aligner compliance. Prepare, sterilize, and set up clinical instruments and modern treatment bays.
