Permanent Dentist Job in Phoenix, AZ

Job Summary Bipar Dental is an established, family-owned practice in Paradise Valley, Arizona, built on decades of trusted care and now entering an exciting new chapter. We've reimagined what a dental practice can look and feel like, pairing advanced clinical technology with a warm, elevated patient experience that feels more like a high-end wellness destination than a traditional dental office. We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our team. We are looking for a general dentist with strong clinical fundamentals; experience or interest in endodontics or periodontics is a meaningful plus. This is a unique moment to join us. As a family-rooted practice with decades of legacy, we are actively building the next chapter, modernizing our technology, refining our patient experience, and growing our team, all while staying true to the personal, relationship-driven care that has always defined us. This is an opportunity not just to practice dentistry, but to help shape where this practice goes next. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments including medical and dental histories, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging. Develop personalized treatment plans grounded in accurate diagnosis and individual patient needs, with the flexibility to incorporate endodontic or periodontal expertise where applicable. Perform a full range of general dentistry procedures including restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, periodontal treatment, and prosthodontic work, all to the highest clinical standard. Maintain strict adherence to infection control, sterilization protocols, OSHA standards, and HIPAA regulations. Utilize Dentrix Ascend for documentation, scheduling, billing, and patient records. Educate patients on preventive care and post-treatment guidance in a way that builds trust and long-term relationships. Collaborate closely with our clinical team in a four-handed dentistry environment built around efficiency and patient comfort. Qualifications Active or eligible Arizona dental license (DDS or DMD). Strong foundation in general dentistry; experience in endodontics or periodontics is highly valued but not required. Comfortable with or willing to learn Dentrix Ascend practice management software. Working knowledge of infection control standards and aseptic technique. Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to patient-centered, elevated care. Compensation and Schedule Collections-based compensation structure, with a daily guarantee available during the initial ramp-up period. Flexible scheduling discussed during the interview process. Malpractice insurance required (carrier guidance provided). Why Bipar Dental We are a family-owned practice rooted in Arizona, investing deeply in modern technology, an elevated patient experience, and the long-term success of our associates as we build the future of this practice together. If you're looking for a place where your clinical work is genuinely valued, your voice matters, and you can grow alongside a practice on the rise, we'd love to talk. Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
