Dental Assistant - Copper Canyon Dental - West Jordan, UT

Do you love helping people smile? We’re looking for a positive, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing private practice in West Jordan. If you enjoy working in a supportive team environment where quality care and exceptional patient experiences come first, we’d love to meet you! Our office hours are Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm and one half Friday per month. No weekend shifts! We currently need someone 2-3 days per week, but are open to consider fulltime help if you are the right fit. What You’ll Do: Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA compliance Educate patients on treatment and home care Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient Maintain accurate clinical records Support the team with daily clinical operations Provide front desk support as needed What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a dental assistant X-ray certification CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Spanish speaking is a plus Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask and work independently Reliable, punctual, and a true team player High school diploma; Current Dental Assistant certification is preferred but not required as the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important What We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience) Paid holidays and PTO Dental and medical benefits Supportive, drama-free team culture Modern technology and a commitment to high-quality dentistry Who We Are: We are dedicated to changing the way patients feel about going to the dentist.
