Job Overview We are seeking a growth oriented dynamic candidate to join our dental office as a lead front desk/treatment coordinator. This position offers a position as manager/team leader or a track to that position depending on the candidates' goals and current skills/knowledge. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the day to day operations of the dental office. Major focus area will be improving and maintaining patient relations/communications. Present treatment plans to patients in effective manner. Schedule or walk out patients and treatment procedures, enter chart notes. Chairside assisting : While this is not a direct and primary responsibility, the position does require the candidate to develop/have some basic knowledge about variety of dental procedures to ensure efficient coordination. Training will be available from the doctor in the areas where needed to . Lead with example in general maintenance of the office including clinical supplies, cleanliness, etc. What are the qualities in a suitable candidate/Requirements Bilingual : English/Spanish Good communication skills Ability to be a team player. Follow the plan and lead the team to execute the plan. A suitable candidate may have (a) Either reasonably enough knowledge of dentistry and experience in dentistry and willingness to train for leadership skills or (b) Have reasonably good knowledge/experience in leadership position while be willing to learn about dentistry.
