Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Lead Back Office Assistant HD Dental Studios | Los Angeles, CA Pay: $30.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time HD Dental Studios is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team as our Lead Back Office Assistant . We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Qualifications Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the State of California. Minimum of 3–5 years of dental assisting experience required. Experience fabricating temporary crowns and restorations . Proficient in taking digital X-rays . Experience with iTero scanning for restorative and orthodontic procedures. Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols . Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Open Dental is preferred but not required. Responsibilities As our Lead Back Office Assistant , you will: Assist the doctor during a wide range of dental procedures. Fabricate high-quality temporary crowns and restorations. Take diagnostic digital X-rays and maintain radiographic compliance. Perform iTero scans for restorative and orthodontic cases. Maintain and enforce OSHA and CDC infection control standards. Prepare and break down operatories efficiently. Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked and organized. Monitor back-office workflows and maintain clinical efficiency. Assist with inventory management and clinical supply ordering. Train, mentor, and support other clinical team members. Help create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture. Serve as the leader of the back office and work closely with the doctor and office management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
