Dental Assistant – Fee-For-Service Practice (Mon–Thurs) Dental Manor of North Dallas is a small, patient-focused, 100% fee-for-service dental office seeking an experienced, motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team. We value exceptional patient care, efficiency, and a positive, drama-free workplace environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys supporting both the doctor and office manager, and wants to grow with a practice—not just clock in and out. Schedule Monday – Thursday No evenings or weekends Compensation $20-24 per hour, based on experience Requirements Current Dental Assistant license (required) Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience Proficient in digital radiographs Experience with iTero scanning Experience assisting with root canal procedures Open Dental software experience is a plus Warm, engaging, and professional with patients Dependable, organized, and accountable Positive attitude with a team-player mindset Preferred (But Not Required) Cross-trained experience (front/back office); willing to train the right candidate Interest in being proactive and helping grow the practice What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who: Keeps the schedule moving efficiently Supports the doctor and office manager seamlessly Is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Communicates clearly and professionally Values honesty, accountability, and a drama-free work environment About Our Office We are a small, fee-for-service practice that prioritizes quality over volume.
