Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. This position requires NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE, as we offer comprehensive on-the-job training. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Work directly with children, teens, and adults to assist in their orthodontic care. Change archwires as instructed by the orthodontist. Take X-rays of patients, following all safety protocols and guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Provide excellent patient care and ensure a positive experience for every patient. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: No prior experience required; training will be provided. Friendly, outgoing, and personable demeanor. Strong communication skills. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Reliable and punctual.
