Position Overview As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and clinical team to provide exceptional patient care while helping ensure each appointment runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures Assist the dentist during restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures Take and process digital dental radiographs Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain accurate patient records and charting Manage clinical supplies and operatory organization Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-centered office culture Qualifications Current Ohio Registered Dental Assistant credentials (or eligibility) Current radiography certification CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Experience with dental software is a plus Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply Schedule Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM No evenings. Weekends off!
