What You'll Do As the first smile our patients see, you'll play a huge role in creating an amazing experience by: Welcoming every patient with a warm, genuine smile. Checking patients in and out while ensuring insurance information and paperwork are accurate. Creating and presenting treatment and financial plans. Answering phones with confidence, scheduling appointments, and assisting patients with questions. Collecting and posting payments. Helping keep the schedule running smoothly by monitoring patient flow and communicating with the clinical team. Coordinating referrals, scanning patient correspondence, and managing lab cases. Keeping the front desk, lobby, and restrooms clean, stocked, and welcoming. We're Looking for Someone Who Is... A true people person who loves making others feel welcome. Organized, dependable, and detail oriented. Great at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Positive, upbeat, and ready to jump in wherever needed. A team player who enjoys helping others succeed. Comfortable using computers (dental experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!).
