Overview Dentlife Dental Care is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology, along with the ability to provide exceptional patient care. This role involves working closely with dentists in a variety of settings, including general dentistry, and specialized fields such as endodontics. The Dental Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the clinic while maintaining high standards of infection control and patient comfort. Duties: Assist dentists during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques. Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring they are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Take and develop dental X-rays while adhering to safety protocols and HIPAA regulations. Manage patient records by accurately documenting medical history, and treatment plans. Provide chairside assistance during various dental procedures, including general dentistry, and endodontics. Maintain compliance with aseptic techniques and infection control protocols throughout the clinic. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role within a dental clinic is preferred. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and documentation practices. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient interaction and education. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining operatory. Front office experience preferred Hours: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday- 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Saturday- 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Why join our team?
