You are:

• Passionate about prevention and patient education
• Interested in the connection between oral health and systemic health

• Comfortable discussing  inflammation, airway health, nutrition, and supporting overall wellness with patients
• Warm, confident, and relationship-focused
• A team player who contributes to a positive office culture
• Detail-oriented with excellent clinical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional periodontal and preventive care
• Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments
• Educate patients regarding oral-systemic health connections
• Identify signs of airway dysfunction, sleep-disordered breathing, and oral inflammation
• Utilize digital technology and diagnostic tools
• Support treatment acceptance through patient education
• Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to create comprehensive health-focused treatment plans
• Deliver a world-class patient experience

Qualifications

• Active California RDH license
• Strong periodontal therapy skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Interest and willingness to practice holistic, biologic, airway and root cause dieaseas approaches to treatment
• Laser certification preferred but not required
