Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, assisting the dentist during root canal procedures, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the clinic. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations, root canal therapy, and eventually apicoectomy surgeries ensuring patient comfort and safety. Take dental X-rays and CT scans while adhering to safety standards. Taking notes about patients history with the tooth and/or teeth they have been referred for. Educate patients on post-treatment care. Prepare, clean, disinfect, and sterilize instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with infection control protocols. Monitor and document sterilization equipment maintenance Experience Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred Oral Radiology license is preferred Knowing dental terminology and/or teeth numbers is preferred Join our team to contribute to a positive patient experience while developing your skills in a supportive environment!
