Full-Time General Dentist — Phoenix, AZ Location: Smile Fitness Dental Center | Phoenix, AZ Schedule: Full Time | Monday–Thursday Compensation: 30% of net collections with no lab deduction fees + $800–$1,000/day ramp-up guarantee for the first 4–6 months Practice Mix: PPO / Fee-for-Service United Dental Corporation (UDC) is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join Smile Fitness Dental Center, an established Phoenix practice serving the community for more than 30 years. This is an opportunity for a comprehensive dentist who wants an established patient base, clinical autonomy, and the ability to provide a broad range of treatment while benefiting from the resources and support of UDC. The practice provides general, restorative, cosmetic, implant, Invisalign, oral surgery, periodontal, emergency, and family dentistry, creating opportunities to keep comprehensive treatment in-house and build long-term patient relationships.
