Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM Our work environment includes: Digital workflow Modern office setting Positive work environment Fast-paced Duties: - Assist the orthodontist in providing high-quality patient care - Prepare treatment bays and sterilize instruments - Take digital scans, photographs, and radiographs - Assist with orthodontic procedures such as bracket placement, adjustments, and removals - Educate patients on treatment and oral hygiene instructions - Maintain accurate patient records -Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment - Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and families Qualifications: - Orthodontic experience preferred - High school diploma or equivalent -Dental assisting program completion - Radiography certification preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Positive attitude and strong work ethic -Team-oriented with a commitment to exceptional patient care Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
