```Duties``` - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment - Take and develop dental x-rays - Prepare materials for impressions and restorations - Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories - Follow proper infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique - Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pouring models and fabricating temporary crowns -iTero scanning ```Qualifications``` - High school diploma or equivalent required - Completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred - X-ray certification required - Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and procedures - Experience with medical imaging software (CAD, Dentrix, Epic) - Strong communication skills and ability to work well with patients of all ages - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
