Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the following: Assist our pediatric dentists during a variety of dental procedures Help create a fun, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every child Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical records Prepare treatment rooms and maintain proper infection control protocols Work collaboratively with teammates to keep the day running smoothly Qualifications: You will be required to possess the following: Previous Pediatric Dental Assisting experience is required Oregon EFDA certification is a plus, but not required Current Oregon X-Ray Certification (or ability to obtain if required) Excellent communication and patient care skills Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork Ability to thrive in a fast-paced pediatric environment Must be flexible to travel between our Medford, Grants Pass, and Ashland locations as needed
