Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to lead our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish, experienced with Dentrix software, and knowledgeable in dental insurance plans including HMO, PPO, and Medical/Denti-Cal.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage both front and back office operations efficiently.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish (required)
• Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience
• Proficient in Dentrix software (required)
• Strong knowledge of HMO and PPO insurance plans
• Experience with treatment planning and insurance verification
• Ability to manage scheduling, billing, and collections
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the dental office
• Manage front desk and administrative team
• Verify insurance and ensure accurate billing
• Handle insurance claims and follow-ups
• Monitor production and collections
• Ensure excellent patient experience
• Maintain compliance with office policies and procedures
