Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Tempe, AZ
We are looking for a full time lead dental assistant to work with an amazing dental team in Tempe. We are a private practice office that is growing. Our office is open Mon, Tues, and Thur 7-4 -- No weekends. We are looking for a friendly, personable assistant who is looking to grow with our team long-term. You must have experience and be comfortable with Scanning (medit scanner), restoring Implants, Invisalign including placing attachments and IPR, oral surgery, root canals, Boost/zoom whitening, ordering, Dentrix, and expanded duties experience are a plus. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments. Utilize dental terminology and knowledge of anatomy to ensure accurate patient care. Operate 3D scanners and X-ray equipment while adhering to aseptic techniques. Maintain patient records in EMR systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on dental procedures and post-operative care, fostering a supportive environment. Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience and streamline operations.
